I bought two items in my cart, will they arrive together?
In some cases items are shipped separately due to them being shipped out from different warehouses. With that in mind you may receive items within a few days from each other, no need to get worried.
What do I do if my package is lost in the mail?
All orders include insured shipping to prevent loss. If your package is delayed, lost, or returned, we've got you covered. Once shipped, postal issues are out of our control, but insurance allows us to resend with priority shipping if possible. Please review our refund and return policy for more details.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices are in $ USD, with taxes covered by us. However, you may need to pay duties and taxes based on your local laws when your order arrives.
